Come and enjoy our cheerful 2-bedroom residential! The entire house will be yours so make it your retreat! The house can comfortably accommodate 5 guests. Located about 1 mile from Sweet Basil Thai, Benvenuti's, The Winston, BisonWitches, The Diner, Victoria's: The Pasta Shop and more on Downtown Main Street in the "Walker Arts District", and all things Boomer Sooner! Sprouts is less than 1 mile away on Main Street. FYI the Community fee is the Norman City Tax.
Good to know
Great backyard with grill, outdoor seating, fire pit, and kids toys and games including Little Tikes Cozy Coupes and Cozy Truck. Fully stocked kitchen including baking dishes, a Keurig, stove, and an oven. Enjoy the high-speed internet and 3 smart TVs already loaded with ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu. 1 Queen; and 2 Twin beds with memory foam mattresses. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 needs to be paid before check-in. The fee is per pet and a maximum of 2 pets only. Failure to declare a pet will result in a $250 fee. *Note* Norman recently experienced a hail storm and the neighborhood and the Lil' House sustained some damage, mostly to the siding. Outdoor amenities are fine; everything is fine on the inside too-no leaks and no broken windows. We are working with the adjuster, insurance, and contractors to get her fixed up, but she's looking a little rough right now-please excuse the hail damage. :)
